How it works

Hold the microphone button and say what you need, or type it. Your speech is recognised on your PC, and you can edit the words before you send them.
- Step 2
ALPHA plans and asks
ALPHA turns your request into a short plan in plain language, using only actions it is allowed to take. Anything that changes something on your PC waits for your approval.
- Step 3
ALPHA does it and checks
Once you approve, ALPHA carries out each step and checks the result, for example by reading back the text it typed, before it tells you it is done.

An example return on investment
A firm with 50 engineers where ALPHA saves each engineer 4 hours a week, at about ₹1,500 per hour, saves about ₹13 lakh a month. Each action is defined, checked and, where it changes something, approved by you. We add new ones only when they meet the same bar.
Windows by voice
Switch to, arrange or politely close any window. Open any app from your Start menu. Click buttons by name, use common shortcuts and type into the field you are in.
Files and folders
Open and list your folders and sub-folders, open files, create folders, and copy, move or rename files. Removing only ever goes to the Recycle Bin.
Notes and calculations
Types and saves notes, reads them back, and works out sums on the Calculator, checking the answer independently.
Voice and dictation
Push-to-talk, hands-free conversation, and live dictation for long messages you can edit before sending. Speech is recognised on your PC.
Conversations that continue
Every conversation is saved for you. Open yesterday's and carry on where you left off.
Engineering documents
Finds files, answers from PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint with page citations, extracts values into Excel after you review them, compares revisions and runs engineering calculations with the formula shown.

Ask "What can I say?" to see example phrases. If ALPHA cannot do something, it says so and suggests what it can do.

Your approval for anything consequential
Opening an app, typing, opening a website or closing a window waits for you to approve it. Steps that only look, such as listing a folder, are shown to you as they happen.
Every action is verified
ALPHA checks the outcome of each step before reporting success. If it cannot confirm a result, it tells you instead of guessing.
Hands off sensitive screens
ALPHA never types, clicks or sends keys in password, sign-in, payment or Windows security screens, command windows or terminals, and never force-closes a window.
Your voice is processed on your PC
Speech recognition runs on your computer. Recordings are not uploaded and not kept. The microphone opens only when you ask it to.
A fixed set of actions
ALPHA can only use a short, defined list of actions. It cannot run scripts or commands, and each approved step is authorised separately.
Enterprise sign-in
You sign in with your account through Google Identity Platform. Every action is tied to a verified email address and recorded in an activity log.
